Round 11 trades

Why are so many people bringing in Nicholls this week?

Wouldn't it make more sense to see how he goes this week and trade him next round?
I need a dowgrade option and trust his JS. Can't trade in a midfielder as I already have eight fielded. Thats my reasoning.

Want to trade in two of Gibbs, Stanton and Ball

All three have Round 13 byes, Stanton and Ball seem set to make the most cash after this round, but my backline is woeful so Gibbs would help improve that at least.

What say you BF DT board?

Rowe was missing anyway and this means I have a ruck playing next week. Next week I can bring in two r11 players instead of using one trade on Nicholls.

It's a small risk but it just worked out better.

Bellchambers out hurts my trading plans. Hoping he might be a late in for tonight's game.

Might go him down to Nicholls do give me huge $$$ for upcoming weeks.

Need a round 12 mid premium, tough choices

Jelwood or Swallow or Jack or McVeigh or Scooter...?
Jack or Swallow for mine, they seem to be the most consistent of the lot and even when they aren't getting heaps of the footy that will tackle for all they're worth. Scooter can have role changes which in all honesty puts me off him as he can be a tad inconsistent, same with McVeigh. As for Jelwood, for mine he isn't a DTer and is also likely to be rested in the back half of the year which makes him a pain to carry/sideways.

My 2 cents anyway, for what it is worth I have Swallow first time I've had him and I love the way he goes about his work only traded him in recently but with North's game style as well he is also good for the cheap +6

Stanton will get most points and Ball is best value and Gibbs plays for Carlton...o_O

Thanks guys, I'll combine your thoughts and go Jack :thumbsu:
Good idea. Scooter is prone to role changes but also has the highest ceiling. Swallow is prone to some ugly scores if he doesnt get enough tackles. Jack probably best option. Been super consistent too

Currie -> Nicholls
Evans -> Hrovat

20 playing this week with 582k in the bank although at this rate I'll end up with a mil before I spend it.

Next week likely Jones -> Barlow for at least 21 starting. Then Rd13 might upgrade Omeara for at least 19 playing. Hopefully keep moving up the rankings. Just please no god dam injuries.

+1. Having said that, I'm also looking to get Gibbs in. He should be the only Carlton defender worth looking at (says me with Scotland... :rolleyes:)

I'm in this exact position too. I'd go Jack first, his consistency is off the chart.
I can't afford Jack, so went Scooter. He's priced right atm, his average is higher than Swallow atm (despite him being a little less consistent).. I'm pretty sure Selwood is good for 2 things, playing duck duck goose for cheap FKs, and he always gets showerroom tackle +3s!!
McVeigh is decent, but to me he's like a Priddis, where at best he might be an M8, but probably not a keeper. Jack > McVeigh
I like Swallow as a player, but I can't shake the feeling that if he was getting a little bit more help from the likes of Wells and co, his DT score will drop. He is though a bargain at 460k.

Dwyer > Hrovat
Blicavs > Nicholls

416K in the bank now.

What would I know. Omitted.

Surely they are extracting the urine?

He typifies the problem we have in midfield. Average pace and average skills. I believe me and a fair few other West Coast posters in this forum cautioned those trading him in due to his lousy job security.

Lucky you've got Adam Selwood in as a speedster then.

So i had Scotland to Heppell all week, and then switched to Priddis to Stanton.

FMDT. Seriously, dream team can just go fck itself.
