Going to sound like a broken record, but our main problem is the lack of pressure, lack of knowing how to defend, lack of body strength so even when we have a one-on-one, most are too flat footed and too light to make an effective tackle or put pressure on. I think we need a more defensive structure/system and then just teach them how to rebound aggressively on the turnover. We are just getting slaughtered on every line and out confidence is shot. Also have to hit the gym hard, most players are 5-10kg too light.

And my point is that it's not a coaching issue.

Things aren't going to get better under an interim coach.

But things are getting worse under this coach.

This is all the coach, anyone that’s played football can see it. The players don’t give a shot because they can’t buy into Nobles process. It’s clear as day.

A new coach would just let them play footy for fun, get their love the game back and work from there.

Noble has absolutely killed this squad.

It is incredibly hard to judge players with our current structure and game plan. Once confidence drops it's infectious and horrendous. No doubt there are some who'll keep making those errors regardless of the coach, plan or structure.
