I have never EVER seen it this bad. We’ve had some disastrous moments but never like this.

but a majority of these guys are capable of doing it. pretty much everything you see re skills is a symptom of low confidence - in each other, in what they're doing, in what they're being told to do

coaching is as much man management as it is the structural stuff (the latter of which is an unmitigated disaster, and I don't know how anyone can watch this and argue otherwise). and all the evidence, from what we see and the team talk leaks, suggests noble's terrible at that side of it as well
