I'll give you the first half. He wasn't great and needed to lift, but he lifted in the second half. That's when we started dominating in the clearances, at a stage winning 12 of the last 18 clearances during the run of 7 goals.

If TBC was truly close to WOG, we wouldn't even be talking about a choke. It'd be a comfortable loss.

I've been one of TBC'S more vocal detractors over the years but he was not even close to WOG... Thought he was solid for the majority and has been since coming back in the side really. My previously frequent TBC induced cushion throws/punches have been almost nonexistent the last 4 weeks!

TBC was clearly pushed in the back on that last throw in and he played ok. Very good previous two weeks where he had the better of Mumford and Ryder.

And no way Luey takes that pack mark in the goal square in the third quarter

It's weird as it was definitely a push that deserved a free kick but at the same time could not have caused a man of his size and strength to actually lose his footing and fall over. Maybe a bit of both.

Just watch the "every Essendon goal" video from BomberTV. The video ends at 85-66 and leaves the rest up to imagination.

IMO the opposite.
You review and put it behind you by Tuesday.
Then at a later time, maybe post season, pre season 2018, or after we make the same mistakes again, you bring it out again and say "What was it again we resolved to do in each of those situations?" Otherwise it is in one ear and out the other, and all the "we will learn from this" pronunciations are not worth 2 bob.
