For those who are purely planning on aiming for league wins is it a priority to have an E loophole on each line?
Had a chat with Sir Skid today and we came to the conclusion that the majority of teams will have 15 - 17 players the same. Finals being decided by those who have a D7, M9, R3 or F7 they can use with the emergency loophole on each line.?

Has anyone else started planning for this as yet?

It was always my intention to do that, infact I brought it up a month or so ago somewhere.
I think it's definitely they way to go if you have spare trades. Then you can just replace prems for prems, as long as you have one on each line for a late out. For me personally I don't reckon I have enough trades.

So I'm thinking of trying to have one m/d link to swap the mid & def around for ONE shot at either for the loophole. Same thing in F/R. Hope that made sense, I'm in a foul mood & am already on my 3rd (alright it's probably 5 or 6) drinkies!

My final bench will hopefully look something like this.
B: Prem, Prem m/d
M: Prem, Rookie m/d
R: Rookie, Rookie r/f
F: Prem m/f, prem or prem r/f

Scotch fillet? I've always preferred Porterhouse/tbone. I give you Scotch & eye is more tender but I prefer the flavour of porterhouse/tbone.

EDIT: Mind you if were talking King Island scotch or better with good marbling then ok, wipe it's arse on the way through to my plate & that's about all it needs!

Rare steak is god like anything more and it gets called Shaun Higgins (completely over-rated and damaged!) (McGillvrays from Gunbower - bloody sensational)

I got Griffen in 2 weeks ago and am starting to regret it. Was thinking about trading him to Swanny this week before he loses too much money as his b/e this week is almost -200. This allows me to go Nic Nat to Roughy as well, I think Nic Nats done for the year and there gonna put him on ice soon and he's only gonna lose money before they pull the pin. Got 6 trades left is this a stupid idea?

Yeh I think you're right but I can't afford Roughy without the Griffen trade so I suppose I'm looking at Ryder or Kreuzer. Who you thinking of trading him too?

Haha yeh that's what I needed to hear! Just some rage after 2 bad scores when I paid so much for him. I should be used to under performing premiums with Deledio, JPK, Buddy, Nic Nat and all the other spuds I've got!

Looking at your team I wouldn't do it though! I would trade McCafe for Oxley opens up a def/fwd move with Staker then use the cash to do some upgrades come finals.

Thanks mate, there's something I hadn't considered! I was thinking my bench cover wouldn't be that great if I did that, but I could move Roughy to the fwd line, have Nicholls as a starting ruck and have Franklin on my bench. Hows that sound?

your weakest link for mind is Omeara, I'd be looking at a way of getting rid of him (with only 4 trades left tho it has to be one down and 3 up)
Omeara to cheapest adelaide fwd/mid (cannot remember his name - but this gives you plenty of cover)
Hartlett or Staker to best performing / surviving def
Macaffer to A Walker or other gun fwd - one left to upgrade TMit to Swan or Danger or Griffen
