I'll be trading Danger to J. Selwood this week. I only brought him in last week for Watson.

I'm thinking of trading Vlastuin > Zorko. That means I can switch SJ to the mids and use Zorko as cover for Buddy. I have Staker and Tom Lee to cover Buddy and SJ atm. Lee has been going alright, so should I just go with him and save a trade? Getting Zorko in gives me a mid/fwd link but I lose my mid/def... I can just go Buddy to Ruffy though....

I only have 2 trades left. I probably shouldn't be doing any trades...

Hmm, I wouldn't be trading in Zorko at this stage, Brisbane do have a good run home but Zorko's been below average this year.

Just throwing it out there. He's cheap and does have a good run home. He would be M9 anyway. If i could afford it I'd get Rockliff but I'm 20k short.

I think I'll be holding tight. Staker and Lee are pretty decent cover for for SJ and Buddy anyway.

Franklin & SJ out and facing a donut forced my hand, so I've traded Danger. Sitting on one trade with him 2-4 weeks away and possible cottonwool stint on fwd line doesn't help me.

If I had trades and coverage I'd hold until further notice.

will definitely do danger to swan and was gonna do JJK to B Harvey but now with buddy out i'm thinking of Franklin to Harvey - really trying to be aggressive and up my overall (currently 4kish). I have tom Lee as coverage so not gonna cop a donut if i don't the franklin trade. I was thinking of JJK only due to the fact i think Darling will play up the ground more which JJK used to do. the other thing whcih i'm tossing up doing is sidways priddis - just doesn't get the CD love. thinking of barlow.

McVeigh is an interesting one, I'm thinking of bringing him in myself as a POD M8, a few things to note about him:

He has cracked the tonne 8 times, nothing flash compared to the elite mids but...
He has 5 scores in the 90s, only one of them under 94
His worst scores are 88 and 89

He has been very consistent and can still pump out a 130/140 on his day. He is not as likely to get as much opposition attentions as say a Kennedy, Malceski, Hanneberry and Jack and he is the 10th highest scorer overall in SC this year.

Also with Rhyce Shaw expected to come back into the side this month, it might see him get moved back into the midfield rather than the rebounding defender role has played for the last few weeks.

I hope he is a DPP Mid/def next year though, I'll be all over him

I'd probably look at downgrading Zorko to a rookie, move Mitchell onto the field and use the cash you free up to get a premo replacement for Buddy.

You'll probably in coming weeks want to downgrade Clisby when his price flattens and one of your 3 ruckman (probably Nicholls) and upgrade another forward and Priddis or Hartlett. (This is all assuming the McKenzie you have is the GC one)

thats a decent side for still having 12 trades.
