For me have to be sure Gawn plays and is training reasonably fully. There might be other issues to take care of so ROB may survive a week.

I'm holding until Gawn is confirmed back. Gives us a leg up as people without back up either burn a trade or two, or they struggle with his 0's.

ROB Will have Witts this weekend (won't do well with hitouts but around the ground his tackling and marking should get him to a tonne or so) then Zac Clarke so potential for a huge score incoming.

I probably hold him until Gawn is named to play his second game in a row. That covers me and gets me an in form premo mid when everyone else should have burnt all or most of their trades.

Need to replace Hore on field - dead
Need to replace Jelly - dead

Was thinking Jelly > Neale and Hore > Zilliams and have no def cover
or Jelly > Neale and Hore > Weller (and $100K stranded in the pusswah) - still doesn't bring Anooswerth for cover but does open the swingset option def-mid

My current thinking is bring in the best options I can afford and roll the dice with no def cover, just beciase it will annoy me seeing $100K sitting there wasted

If you've only got 2 trades and no def cover, then a Hore trade is a must. I would be tempted to keep Kelly (and 1 trade) and run with your bench cover (eg. Clarke, Hind etc - ideally loophole two) if it is a 2-3 week injury.

No trades. Praying for all of Whitfield, Cripps, Gawn & Boak to return. Hately, Clarke & Logue to retain their spot. Cogs to get up. Daniel to return next week (listed as 1-2 now).
Plan is to hope for Logue & Clarke/Hately to hit ~$320k and then bring in Hurn and push Smith to D7. 2 trades for injuries in finals.

You know what's really funny, mochy? In the 1 game that Gawn (125 avg) has missed this year, his cover (Westhoff) scored 125 points for my team.

Struggling to decide what to do now that Jelly got his injury wobbles again (jumped on pre-byes and thought for once might get an injury free run!)

Original plan was to hold final 2 trades until before SC finals and downgrade Setters and go either Logue > Whitfield or Clarke > best Mid-Premo I could get. Option now is to hold Jelly and hope for the best with GWS keen to get him back playing well before finals or pull the trigger now on Jelly and try and get as good a combo as I can out of Jelly + Clarke/Logue.




Im inclined to wait Jelly out and save the trades in case I get a real LTI - if he gets back for finals could be a real POD if everyone trades him. Especially with GWS having GCS in the last round (i.e. GF)
