This performance is very disappointing, but to be honest, it has been threatening for many weeks. The thing I couldn't understand is so many good judges thinking we'd finish top 4 - even two weeks ago! We look tired and without a rudder. Very poor the last two weeks and that's just about the ballgame. No finals for us.

Just to add salt to the wound we might have just seen Brody run off the ground for the last time this year.

That marking contest where he took the hit just looked all kinds of wrong both at the point of contact and then when he hit the ground, then the dead arm when he tried to contest that goal line ball looked even worse.
