Wouldn't be surprised if the plan is to sub Ramma out at half for DGB.

Also wouldn't be surprised if there was a couple goals from each of them in this one.

Day to spend more time forward of the ball and Ward to have another big game through the middle.

I think this game will be closer than many think, but I'm confident in our forward line bouncing back well!

I think the theory is that we attack the centre bounces with our best chance to win the clearance and score, then roll the matchups for open play.

What I’d like to see is some variation if we are losing centre clearances.

There seems to be a lot of confidence around that Finn goes to LDU but I feel like it's been a long time since the Hawks have used Finn as a tagger in the midfield (meaning at clearance, Josh Kelly has predominantly played wing). Isn't Mitchell more intent on the development of the core guys like Day, Worpel, Nash, Jai?

Nash can stand him at the Centre Bounce, Finn comes off the Wing or HF line & tags him during play.

Pretty much. When we have two rucks, both doing nothing, it's usually the norm that one gets subbed off.

Hopefully they both can perform better than they have of late.
