It would be fair to judge team expectations on this game. We're essentially completely injury free now and are facing a team placed around where we think we should be on the ladder. You could use the Touk excuse before this game but now it won't stand. As a fanbase we should be expecting a win here if you remove the emotion of the last fortnight.

Not sure we should be favourites st kilda were pretty good considering how many injuries they had on the weekend. Their small forwards always kill us and should be a consideration at selection table. Lemmens, long, uwland should all be considered, weller to wing as he can't defend.
i think we will lose in a 9 goal to 8 goal snorefest in front of 9k

cant remember the last time we beat the saints, these guys just pull something out their arse every time
I'm cautiously optimistic. St Kilda always seem to perform well against us and appear to win the close ones with us every time. Having said that, this Saints team looks pretty depleted and we're virtually 100% healthy. So on our own home deck I think we're going to win. I'm thinking it'll be like the Hawthorn game with a smaller winning margin for us.

Pretty keen to see some fresh names on the team sheet, last few weeks have been embarassing. No changes after 2x 60+ beltings
Seems like a fair chance that we'll get the old sacked coach rebound in this one (especially when you consider St Kilda's injuries) but I think we're all very curious to see how the team plays on Saturday. Would be great to see us play an attractive attacking style.

Putting a designated kicker back there is a bandaid solution, and easily countered. Our leading patterns, lack of support in our run game all needs a major overhaul. We ticked off the first step to the problem on Tuesday. It would be like a nfl team with a gun quaterback who only launches 30m passes
