If Frampton replaces Dean, then an Oscar Steene debut might happen for AJ.

Looks like Oscar may have concussion. He went off early in the VFL
They'll play reef before Oscar. Who would more likely replace Cox down the track

Frampton for Dean? Though Saints dont even have a big forward line either, mainly King. Membery is only 188cm strangely.

The ladder will be up the creek until round 6 is complete. After round 6, all clubs will have played 6 matches and we finally see where everyone actually is. That is, until more bye rounds happen mid season!

I thought about dropping Markov, but given our height issues down back, I don’t think they go for a Noble.

No way WHE gets dropped.

Would definitely bring in Frampton for AJ, Reef and Finn as well. Dean can go back to VFL and the third out can be a message to the other players that nobody is safe. Stun them into action

Personally I don’t understand this whole Dean as third tall defender opinion.

He simply doesn’t have the ability to provide enough drive or intercept marking to fulfil that role.

In lieu of Murphy conquering his fears, there's not much choice but to play Dean. There really isn't anyone else - except Frampton. Toss a coin.

Bring Bill in. And play Fin from the first bounce. Jordy can spend some time forward. Leggy/Noble as sub.

Time to kick into gear and ignite the premiership defence, look for a response from the senior players.

Bring frampton in for the defence which frees up Darcy to play the sweeping intercepting role which will set them up to get our defensive turnover game rolling.

I’d also be inclined to switch Nick back to HB to get some run and carry from defence.

Problem is we all know his limitations. People will just turn to him. But I’d be surprised if he wasn’t called up

Huge Markov fan but I’m disillusioned with him so far this year. Drop him or sub is appropriate.

Noble hungry and ALWAYS gives his all. It makes up for some lack of skill he can possess.

100% need to give Frampton a go. If nothing else, he’s a versatile tall. His grand final performance up forward was better than we’ve seen from Johnson.

I’d give Mitchell another week off to get that ankle right. So Fin for a full game.

And absolutely time to give Reef a go. He can’t be worse than Johnson.

I keep wondering why we delisted Ruscoe. Feel he could have been handy.

The more young hungry blokes we give a go the better at this stage. Reinvigorate the side. Show the premiership players, they’re no sure thing. You have to keep performing.

Agree - that game was great, filling in for Murphy.
I too was disappointed he was delisted.
My only thought was that maybe he was not attacking enough and very slow to move the ball on.
