Now with Kreuzer out should I go:
Kreuzer to Minson
Franklin for Mayne
(Keep Priddis)

Or take the punt on Grundy?

Might need to check my opponents this week to see if they are Kruezer affected as well. Undecided how to approach this:

Out: T Mitchell, S Mayes.
In: ??? , ???

Now, the issue is, that I don't have enough money to get my two preferred options. I have 1.012M to play with.

If I get D Beams, I don't have enough to get Boomer Harvey. I could get Bartel, but he's not scoring well and has a massive BE this week (I think). Getting Beams would leave me 430K for a forward.

I could get Harvey, but then I only have 552K available for a mid. Cotchin appeals, I suspect both Scooter and Cornes will get tagging roles over the coming weeks, I suspect ROK will get a rest before the finals (as may Cotchin actually).

Beams would obviously be a midfield starter, Cotchin I think will outscore J Selwood, who would move to the bench.
Harvey would replace NRoo as a starting forward, NRoo would become an emergency.

Thoughts people ?? I'm relying on Grundy to cover for a week.

Seems like a few people are taking the risk of playing Grundy for kruez ? I did the same with Hanley so I just hope it works out with kruez.. Ohwell top 4 in all my leagues so if I lose I lose

Might take a punt on grundy cant keep stanton any longer... And kruze is only expected to miss a week was a slight calf strain.

So a few weeks back I thought Cox was finished and traded him for Kruezer. Then Naitanui goes out with injury and Cox powers back up. Now Kruezer is injured so I need to trade him out and trade back in Cox.

Other trade - Mitchell > Beams. Allows me to move Priddis onto the bench.

Ibbo > Hanley or Cloke/Walker > Bartel is the other option but they're all such 50/50 calls I'm bound to make the wrong one

Kruezer listed as a light calf
I would suggest this is more of a rest against the bulldogs and the fact that Mick probably wants Warnock in to fight Minson in the taps who has been really big and strong this year.
Mick wouldnt play two ruckman and a third resting ruck (Rowe) as it proved to be useless earliar in the year.

So I wiuld suggest this is a combination of Krooze being a little sore and Warnock being the better match up for Minson
Expect Krooze back next week I'd say

I believe both Pendles and Swan missed a training session earlier in the week and are in a small amount of doubt. I suspect it's just precautionary, given the long season, and both will play....

I reckon bringing in Beams this week is a mistake, playing Sydney it will be a hard tough game and I cant see him scoring that highly. I reckon Cotchin, Griffin & Fyfe are better options if you are wanting to ad another premium mid to your team.

These two trades a week are really playing on my mind.

Kreuzer - Minson is locked in
but my second trade is just purely luxury.

Ended up going with Vlastuin (D7) to Hanley
Now I can put one of Ibbo/Gibbs/Hartlett on the bench.

I know whoever I choose will score big this week though, it's painful having premiums on the bench but it's so good when there is a key late withdrawal.

i would keep ibbo and do the walker trade, freo are playing the giants (obviously make sure he makes the cut)

i did the exact same thing. And although Kruez has been great, my 2nd ruck Roughhead has turned to crap ever since i traded him in at round 15.

So im going:
Kruezer --> Cox
Mcaffer --> Hansen

Yeah Kreuz screwed me over too. Feel the same way about going backwards.

I have second chance so considering playing Rowe and doing normal planned trades to hopefully improve my team in the long run should I make it.

Otherwise I take second tier premos in order to patch holes.

If I leave him on the bench, I'll have to go in with Rowe as a replacement. Is Rowe likely to get a decent score against the Doggies? How does the doggies defence fare against tall forwards in general?
