Given the injuries to Birchall, Scrimshaw and Impey, I reckon Jiath is a good chance to play the last few games. So out od the debutants, who are the best shots to play for the rest of the season?
Looks like I'm trading him to Gaff via Marshall and with Daniel out, I'll have to move him Fwd and trade for Walters.....Signs pointing to the obvious ROB out.
I went with Merrett (over Bontempelli) even though I'd have preferred someone more unique. Keeps league exciting.Merrett, Duncan or Fyfe in this week ??
Yep - looks like I’m bringing in Gawn...Signs pointing to the obvious ROB out.
Yep if you don't have the cash to fix both then get rid of Sicspud and field McLean one more week.Hey lads!
I'm pretty s**t, I'm a rookie at this so that doesnt help.
Brang in miller and curnow as pods past 2 weeks and injuries haven't helped. Still got a rookie on field but I think priority is to get sic dog off the field!!
Contemplating dunkley to greene and sic to laird?
Or just hanrahan downgrade and sic to laird?
Any help appreciated.
Only got 60k in bank.
I could do Crisp / Smith, but that would mean using my 2 trades. I was planning on using the other trade on ROB > Gawn /Greene (dpp), but will wait til Thursday teams. So it’s a toss up between who scores more between the two defender combos I’ve listed above.
Really good insight to all those players listed. But the weather is heavily playing into my reasoning, given the cold snap coming through (ie less marks, more stoppages). My thinking is the following:
Smith - Agree with that assessment, but just hesitant given we’re up against WCE. Believe they’ll destroy us in the centre.
Stewart - His high scores are dependent on getting 5/6+ marks. Given the weather, don’t see that happening this werkend. Further, he doesn’t seem to like a hug.
Clarke - quite consistent, disposal/mark wise. But with the rain, leads me to believe he’ll have a lots of hugs.
Crisp - Had same concerns as Stewart, but if Crisp is running through the centre as you say, he’ll do just fine in the wet. .
Williams - No rain forecast in Sydney. He average 100+ playing UNSW this year playing down back. So with Kelly coming back, won’t be as concerned, but would rate Crisp over Williams.
So in short: Crisp > Williams > BSmith > Clarke > Stewart.
Taranto, he goes big the week after a poor score. Gaff is boring, not what you want to bring in with 3 weeks to go. I'd rather chase guys with ceiling.Gaff or Taranto?
Gaff feels a bit more consistent, but Taranto looks to have the bigger ceiling
I think Sicily might get back to 'normal' this week with Birch out
I did it 2 weeks ago....felt nearly as good as losing BrayspudYeah I had that thought too. Not sure if it dulls the rage much though, but might be better to go sloane out for me but the opportunity to get Sicily out of the team does seem pretty appealing.
Edit: nope Sicily to crisp done. Honestly wouldn’t care if Sicily went 150. 151 I would though
