Yep as for Heppell he has him also and by the looks of it is going to be at least 2 men down so I should be right he also apparently hasnt got any trades left

The only reason I want moloney is because I only had $244,000 or w/e left I mean I wouldnt want him on the field as a permanent mid though but I reckon he would be a great emerg to have . For the money he had on him hes def the best option IMO

See next week Ill lose Murphy so Bartel will come in for him so I couldnt trade Bartel otherwise I wouldnt have anyone to cover Murphy next week and seen D Harris and S Atley are crap dt'ers and Harris has retired so their was no point keeping him.

And the team I'm playing I kid you not has the shittest AVG I have ever seen 1880.59 and yet he still got into the Majors which I still cant understand. Everyone else in the top 8 had a AVG of between 1985 and 2089.

Have two trades left for the season and in a close elimination final this week. My backline at the moment is:
Gibbs, Goddard, Suckling, Deledio, Fisher, Heppell, Stanley (Rawlings, Jacobs, Enright)

Is it worth trading out Stanley or Heppell? I was thinking maybe Stanley out for Bock or Birchall, but Bock's season average is similar to Stanley's and Birchall has been on the slide recently... Should I trade him for one of those players or am I missing a better option?

Thinking mabye i should trade Hibberd out for some cash leaving me with 3 trades for the last two rounds but a bit of flexibility. If some players are rested though could come back to bite me. Fairly happy with my team although i have Cross in the mids who i wouldn't mind upgrading to mitchell. Also have Gibbs so he might have to go next week.

Anyone else in a similar situation... in two minds about trading this week?

Nothing worse than keeping trades but not being able to use them effectively so it is worth using one to put some cash behind you

This week im playing Dr Dream Team and need to either upgrade my midfield or rucks. Next week i will upgrade what ever i dont this week, but i was wondering which would be best to do first?

My two lines look at follows:

Pendlebury, Swan, Boyd, Mitchell, Thomas, Heppell (Swallow.D, Dangerfield, Prestia)

Cox, Lobbe (Smith, Keeffe)

74k in bank

Option 1: Heppell out, Ablett in & downgrade Swallow to someone around 100k.

Option 2: Smith out, Sandi in & downgrade Heppell etc, then put Swallow in starting 22 this week.

I'm thinking option 1, but am curious of seeing your opinions, or other ideas...

TBH I'd find it unlikely they would want to rest someone 1 week before a prelim against Geelong. I'd have thought they'd go into that game rather ruthless and not taking it half assed.

If anything, the resting will occur next week.

I've been thinking the same thing ever since I traded Hodge in instead of Mitchell 10 weeks ago!

If you have the trades I say do it, Mitchell is killing it and Hodge just can't be trusted anymore, plus I think Hodge is far more likely to get rested in round 24
