Our Geelong game was shocking IMO and I am glad we bounced back the next week.

How much longer can it be written down that Geelong's opponents are bad, not Geelong are good.. they have our scalp which will be hard to get even though Round 1 they still got us. I say Geelong are pretty good this year, a surprise packet.
Yeah I felt Geelong and Hawthorn would miss the 8 this year, but Geelong have been able to play solid footy this year. We were off on the night and should of beaten them, but they look like they can still play a bit. Ablett won't do anything in the finals, but we just have to see how the rest go. I think they will have a bad patch at some stage.
I still don't rate them. Their younger blokes will tire by mid season.
That said, they are winning. But I feel it's got more to do with system than anything else.
They have been good forever, it will be an impressive sneaky rebuild if they can keep it up. I think everyone has expected them to bottom out for a while but they just don't.
That said, Adelaide were red hot early last year and even beat Richmond... until we went over there and dismantled them. The Cats could be a loss away from losing momentum.

I try to put myself in the situation of a Collingwood perspective.
