Here is the rest of my team... I'm thinking DEF is abit weak and will benefit with Smith.

If I go the 3rd option LAMB > TEX that will leave me with hardly no $ in the bank, where as the first 2 options will still leave me with approx $200k in the bank for upgrades down the track..

If Smith was a monty to play this week he would be my choice, but even though he has been named I'll be surprised if he lines up (he is already in my team). In your situation it's just a matter of working out what's more important at the moment. Cash generation or points.

After two games Sheed is averaging 53 and NVB 93. That's a lot more than $50k over the course of a season if it stayed like that. The big question is, will Sheed improve and will NVB drop off? The crows seem to be really up and about and have a very favourable draw.

Nvb only had 18 & 15 possessions by memory.
relying on tackles and good D/E i presume.

Sheeds last game was 23 possessions. He'll continue to produce decent numbers and average 70-80 sc imvho

DE 76% in round 1 and 66% in round 2. 8 tackles and 6 marks in round 2 would have helped his score.

It's more just a case that I'd prefer to keep Jong out of the 2. might just keep them both and punt Goodes, that way I grab Bont next week.

Is lambert in the middle or forward? I'm probably going to do the same thing as you but I'm going to trade out lambert instead of Miller. At least miller is playing

Thanks, I think with the news that Goodes isn't going to be sub two weeks in a row I've made my decision. I can afford to leave trading out junior until next week, will also give me a better idea of who I want to replace him given I already have Sloane and Fyfe. Strongest fantasy start I've had in years.

That doesn't mean he'll be in the senior side. In fact, given he's been named in the VFL side, I'd say he misses entirely.

I'm trying to decide if I should do Ablett to nvb for maximum cash regeneration, or bont a who would eventually end up a forward or bringing in a Lewis, danger field etc.

Option one leaves me with 670k cash in the bank for upgrades. Option two leave me with 470k and option 3 leaves me around 350k know. Leaning toward option 1 or 2 to set me up but I could see bonts calming down with heavier attention over the next few rounds.

But I think I'm better served to trade Ablett to Sloane and Goodes for Oxley, bank the 300k this week and grab Bont (and hopefully smith) next week.

I like both Salem and Jong, so don't really want to lose either just yet. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting them in the first place!

Now I'm hoping Bont is a late out!
