Worth trading Murphy to Ebert?

I traded Murphy in last week and was really disappointed in his score but I wouldn't be trading him out just yet. I looked at Murphy's draw coming up and it looks fairly friendly tag wise.

Debating which to get rid of out of Byrnes and Patty K
Thinking like others that might make Karnezis less of a sub risk and make him worth keeping.

I also have Byrnes and despite their break-evens this week where Byrnes has the advantage and will get some price rise I feel Patty K has more upside in the role he is playing and will most likely have made the same amount of cash as Byrnes by round 7ish anyway.

Gone Karnezis to Leuenberger and Rowe to Neade this week.

Got the cash in the bank and I can cash in on Neade in a couple of weeks I would think to an up and comer or even trade him back to Sam Rowe or Callum Sinclair depending on their job security.

As for the Karnezis decision, I don't care about Leuenberger with the cash, I'm looking at it from the perspective as to who will score more points for my DT which is doing incredibly well this year (miracle) and I can back Berger in with a lot more confidence than PK. From there I hope to trade Berger to either Mitch Robinson or Daisy in 5 or 6 weeks hopefully and move Cox back into the forward line which would mean that the role that I had earmarked for Karnezis has instead been taken by Berger I hope. This only works because my other starting ruckman is Sam Jacobs, who I am backing to be more consistent over the year than what Kruezer will be, however if Kruezer becomes a must have then obviously Jacobs will be the one to go, but I can't complain with 85 odd each week from big Sauce

argh all week was going Karnezis>Westhoff.
Am now thinking i'll go Karnezis>Lecras.

Westhoff was going to be a 1-2 week cash grab, but lecras should dominate the demons and I honestly think he could be that F6 in my team right up to the end of the season, so it saves me a trade to use elsewhere in the next few weeks.

I know I should wait another a week b4 bringing lecras back in but my rookies are solid and really don't have any holes anywhere else to patch up this week. Also the fact that I have to look at Westhoffs head in my team for another 1-2 weeks is frightening.

Who can I swap Wines for? I'm thinking just putting Viney back in, as I didn't do too good with picking reserves this year.. I have 250k to spare.

My biggest 3 risks in terms of price drop are Grimes, SSelwood and Franklin. I currently have $118k in the bank.

If I trade Grimes I'll likely go for Waters, Birchall or Heppell (possibly Dempsey as a smokey).

SSelwood would likely be traded to Moloney

Franklin I'm really not sure about. Could afford anyone but could also mega-downgrade to Neade (about the only good rookie I don't have) and then upgrade Karnezis or Varcoe next week since neither will lose money.


In case you can't tell my thinking is a bit of a sacrifice this week to bolster my team next week. I'd like some advice on which of the two above to trade out though. They all stand to lose roughly the same cash (around $25k according to ffgenie) but I'm not sure who to keep and who to trade. Any advice?

I'd argue that the best possible scenario is that he plays and scores 150 on the field, but I see your point.
