This actually supports my point more.Libba's had 20 tackles in two rounds, Howlett has had 12.
He's also kicking 3 goals per game though - can that be maintained? Given the impact he's having he's arguably Essendon's most dangerous forward at the moment, opposition teams will look to lock him down and his scoring will decrease. He's also played Melbourne (basket case) and Adelaide (decent but not in full flight), while Libba has scored 120 both against Brisbane (shockers but not as bad as Melbourne) and Freo (will get close to the premiership imo). Libba will be more consistent and more likely to maintain his scoring in my opinion, but if you disagree feel free to go with your gut. Certainly a more unique pick than Tom now. This actually supports my point more.
Howlett averaging 122 and Libba averaging 120
Is an average of 10 tackles per game able to be maintained for a season?
Plus my comment was not a comparison, Just an observation that imo Howlett has more chance of becoming a sneaky keeper rather than Libba. Both will make cash so surprised at the lack of Howlett love.

Quite possibly, but Swan > Danger over the course of the season. Danger can become an upgrade target in the next few weeks if he starts scoring well.
Libba has a better chance of averaging 10 tackles per game (if he is anything like his dad) than Howlett does of averaging 3 goals a game.
Most fathers would be proud...I get the feeling ol' Tony won't particularly like his son becoming better. The way im seeing it, is he is better than his dad .
Inb4 I have your head on my mantlepiece for even suggesting such blasphemy to the DT gods.inb4 Libba goes sub 70 this week.
If this does eventuate, I will have a little chuckle to myselfInb4 I have your head on my mantlepiece for even suggesting such blasphemy to the DT gods.
Danger averaging 73, Franklin 81.5. Looks like Danger will lose the most.
I'm not too fussed with bringing in Sinclair to sit on the bench. I'm a rookie heavy in my forwards, however I've copped K's 66 and 9, so a rookie won't do much worse for a week or two. I think the JS of Sinclair isn't too bad, NN looks a long way off. He seems to have overtaken Lycett, so it's his spot unless he stinks it up. He should play at least 3 and give me a cheeky price rise.
Edit - My other option is to sideways K to Kennedy and sideways Danger to anyone bar Swan.
Zorko's low scoring is not due to lack of intent, but a lack ofThose looking to trade out Zorko may want to re-consider. Expecting 120+ now.

Zorko's low scoring is not due to lack of intent, but a lack ofa competent coachmidfield time. A sledge from McKenna isn't going to change that.
Challenge: Find one neutral supporter (hell, even one Gold Coast supporter) who wouldn't take Zorko over that spud Matt Shaw who somehow manages to get a game every week.
I dunno about that, I doubt Voss would care much about what McKenna says. If Voss doesn't think Zorko in the guts is their best chance of winning, he won't do it.No but it might make Voss try and prove a point by giving him more opportunity in the guts.

At least the Q-Clash can be mildly entertaining. The Suns' website with Daniel Rich having his face drawn over it was gold. This x 100 (at least). Some lame pre Q-Clash war of words (my nerves are on edge*!) isn't going to change Brisbane's gameplan.
*Yes, the "Battle of the Bridge" is worse.

Both are just manufactured crap though.

He's had a total of 56 possessions (34 contested), 23 clearances and 20 tackles in two games. In his first game this year, against Brisbane, Tom gathered 28 possessions, 57.14% of them contested. He racked up 11 clearances, 9 tackles, and disposed of the ball with a 75% efficiency rating. Against Freo, a team notorious for giving players little space and time, he racked up another 28 disposals, 64.28% contested this time. He laid 11 tackles, gained 12 clearances and had a disposal efficiency of 79% and was almost certainly best on ground.Done. Swap Cox to forward, Bear to ruck, trade for Dawww.
On a serious note, haven't watched much of the Dogs but Libba must be seriously good if he's nudging Howlett out of people's teams.
