Training watchers, how's Ramma been looking, in pre-season and so far this season?
He has definitely put on some size over the summer still slight for the ruck position but doesn't get pushed out of the way as often as he used to in a forward line contest. Of course, he would be pushed out of the way by mature defenders (May etc.) in the AFL so still a work in progress.

They obviously feel he's ready to some extent, so just needs games under his belt. Mitch going down (again) may be somewhat of a blessing in disguise.

Have said before, if we can develop him into a new version of Haley, that'd be a massive plus.

Very good changes.
Mitchell in lets Amon move to wing.
Finn (tagging Daicos) and Butler in forward.
Ramsden for Lewis letting Chol play deepest.
Experience into the next generation coming through.
A much harder edge this week I reckon with Shammy and Butler in, we need it

He is certainly headed in the right direction there. He is a better forward than ruck but so was Hale.

Hockey fights are quite bizarre...

Such a stylized ritual, it's almost like watching pantomime, or kabuki...or some video game where it suddenly goes FIGHT-MODE!!!

Even reminds me of the old Warner Bros cartoons, with the sheepdog and the coyote, clocking-on and off to continue their punch-on
I love the way they had a stat for second fastest fight at the venue.

Morrison a little unlucky but overall pretty good changes.

I like Wee Baby Seamus in the side, he was good last year. Not only lightning quick but hard as nails as well.

Butler has a big chance to cement a spot on the forward line as well, hopefully he can carry over his Box Hill form.

Feels like a big generational change is going on this year, the last of the 3 peat Hawks in Bruest and Gunston not being named.

Seamus in. Good.
