thank goodness for BigFooty. i've been constantly checking the AFL site for final teams and the Freo team hasn't been updated. only thought to check BF teams (updated) thread just then, to find out Lower is not in the team. 9 mins left till lockout, changed my emergency from Lower to Stanley.

Am keeping an eye on Jack Riewoldt but Fanfooty is telling me depsite scoring 55 with a BE of 187 he's only dropped $8k from $310k to $302k.
Is it a 3/4 x price + 1/4 x 3 round average?

Jack Riewoldt will drop to 270k this round on my calculations. FF are clearly wrong.
But the 0 comes out of his rolling average so his BE won't be that big.
Popular trade this week will be Krakoeur to J Roo should cost around $90k.

Don't know how anyone could pick up J Roo if they've been watching him play- is being paid the ultimate complement by getting double teamed in most marking contests. Goes to show how dangerous other teams think he is. Would expect that sort of attention to continue throughout the year.

Hold on to Ablett and, more importantly, hold on to your trades. Why would you ditch Ablett anyway?
Yes, bringing him in was a mistake but not because he is missing this week. You've got to wait for these players to drop in price then bring them in for a rookie (not another premium). It's an obvious strategy but don't think you see it yet.

I've got 20 trades left. I can fix this by trading out Ablett for Chapman and then leaving it til Round 11/12 for my next trade.
Apparently, its more of a hammy and its a niggling injury and I'll lose money on him.
I see it, if you see me Bay 13 thread about 500 bucks on GC to win, I got a bit carried away and put him in and now he is out.
So you reckon, leave him in?

I traded him this week because I thought he would kill Melbourne and would be a good chance before his prices goes up.

Why does it matter now? Around 13K. The season isn't 3 rounds long though.
I finished around 1900 last season and top 1000 in the 3 seasons before that.
