Sadly I agree longer quarters hurt us as well skills stand out more I reckon

We are a very poor football side this year. Injuries don't help, but our work rate and structures suck.

Being unskilled has been an issue of ours for years.

They have ten tackles more in the F50 than us. Pretty easy when the last 40 minutes have been exclusively played there.

Realist, we've "won" 2 quarters where it was actual we look good and not much reward v opposition, or a lot of reward. The rest of it has been "this is close, I'm cleanching".

We needed most things to go right, and they haven't thus far, this is where we are at, at present and people need to expect entry at 50% and variability from the first bounce

Last week was an anomaly.
Mark it people. We will finish bottom 4 this year.
Our inability to stop teams from scoring is borderline laughable.
We have the worst team defence in the comp.
Our forward movement is terrible.
We got way too far ahead of ourselves last year and went to the trade trying to buy a premiership.
Hopefully we haven't ****ed ourselves long term but this year we are cooked

Gave nothing for Spud & Maddie’s game. Woeful.

Name a marquee match and this is probably what we serve up. Good Friday was a real treat, but the team didn't show up. China game? That could have been good for the bank balance but the team didn't show up. New Zealand ANZAC Day game? Yeah it feels great being the only AFL team to lose in another country.

Hell, even just go back to players milestone matches. Didn't Riewoldt lose on his 100th, 150th 200th etc. ?
Thursday Night primetime, in Melbourne, Maddies Match and Carlisles 150th. Losing this game should have been obvious from the start.

I can deal with losing when our list is ravaged by injury but this lack of effort is unforgivable. Structures are falling down, players are lazy, skills are deplorable when there’s no pressure. Our midfield is MIA. The less said about Hills efforts the better. Our decision making is plain dumb at times. Players positioning is highly questionable. Going to be a frustrating year.
