Wanted Birchall before he becomes unattainable, while Burgoyne is in ripper form and should be a good cash generator. Big risk ignoring Mayes and/or Evans, but hoping Burgers makes a lot of quick cash.

As for my trades this week:

Viney > Mayes
Varcoe > Stokes

Stokes is still an unknown quantity, but decided to take the risk.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd have Stokes in my team but his form is too good to ignore and he's playing on the ball as a genuine midfielder now.

No doubt his scoring will turn to shit now I've traded him in.
