Matt Crouch is gone for me next week. 130K will net me an extra 30 points a week. Looking at a Hanners or JPK or Fyfe ect

Couldn't come up with a great upgrade this week. Still so many cows to fatten up a bit more. Decided to stock up on low b/e defenders, so went:
Hartley -> Lee
R Davis -> Wagner via DPP
Only nets me $129k in the bank initially, but will give me plenty to cull down the track that should be valued $250k+

Im probably being slightly hypocritical but im seeing alot of people cull there rookies too early.
The reason im saying this is because i traded C.Cameron at 249k think he had a ~20 BE so had some more money to make and another solid 70 score wouldve seen that BE probably come down again. He was just the ideal amount so i could get Z.Merrett in for Johannisen and his next few opponenets will be hard plus he seems to be playing a non friendly DT role with no May, Thompson as more of a shut down defender.
But yeh Ryan Davis will be a forward next week and was apparently rested (Not sure if that means omitted or not). With this addition of forward status and a low BE still i dont think people should be trading him just yet.

Ended up going with fantasia, already playing enough inconsistent rookies on ground and didn't want to possibly add another.
Even if he gets forward status, I don't see much more value in him. He's not getting any midfield minutes and hasn't showed any propensity to score well with his current role.

Yeh fair enough. If he can avg 60-65 as a fwd who can be DPP i think he makes more coin and becomes valuable for some time. But i can see why ppl questioning his scoring
I've got Corey Ellis and Menadue, so there's a rookie link there anyway.
He might still come good, but someone had to go.

Agree. I reckon he is dead wood. Petracca if he gets named would be good value!
Wanting peoples thoughts on whether I should trade in Barlow (cringe) or Toby Greene for Sam Gray?
Petracca seems ideal for a downgrade option if selected, I know that's probably what I'll do. Watch the ins and outs on Thursday before doing anything hasty
EDIT: Scrap Petracca if you can go cheaper still. 238 K means your only gaining 5 K from downgrading Menadue and your actually paying 2K more from Corey Ellis. Damn you Petracca
Ben Keays / Rhys Mathieson from Brisbane as well. They've got a Sunday game so we won't know the final squads till a few hours near lockout but Keays has been a ball magnet at NEAFL level and Mathieson in his first game after the fractured cheek won a lot of the ball also
