Any chance of Crouch coming back this week?

If so I might go with:

Wines ---> Crouch
Heath/Stevenson ---> Vlastuin

How bad is Dixon's ankle?

I kept Crouch. Was only minor and still had a lot of cash to make. Apart from Evans there had been no real options. Crouch has a lot more money to make- unless you're fielding a zero it's better to hold him. Same jazz with Viney.

Dwyer > B Kennedy
Karnezis (yes I still have him) > Daisy

Dwyer to Kennedy is the no-brainer of the round.

The 2nd trade is the shtinker. How many games will Buddy be suspended for..... Yes I am still carrying him.

Will Maric recover from his injury. Blicavs was handy 2nd ruck for me this week.... Might roll the dice. I stuffed up my overall chances in the last 5 mins before lock out so now I have to get my team in order for league wins......

Double down grade? Or get in a gun?

Kennedy will come in next week for mine, provided he gets a full game this week....

Will likely have to offload Grimes, so I guess Vlas or Laird for me.

There's a plethora of good mid/fwd choices this week.

2 options for me.

1. Hoff --> Danger (Stevie J to forwards)
Heath --> Laird (Providing he's back from his corky)

This allows me to then bring in Watson and Cotchin next week for Wines and O'Meara (both will be 490k next week) and have 8 premo mids.
Will have Swan/Ablett/Cotchin/Watson/Hodge/Danger/Barlow/Swallow.

2. Hoff --> Pendles/Danger (Stevie J to forwards)
Monfries --> Thomas/Wellingham

Can still get one of Cotchin or Watson next week with a downgrade also.

Decisions decisions. I am just so super enticed by the 8 premo mids by round 8.

Traded in Grimes for Gibbs this week. That worked out nicely....

Grimes> Gun Defender

Hoff> Gun Forward

Hopefully this week the team news will be nice to us dt'ers.

Swan can get to 150, Westhoff cannot get to 205. Also swan is a week in week out captain option, Hoff is not. Swan has a history of seasons averaging 100 or more Hoff does not. Swan will be up on the top of the list for highest scoring mid, Hoff will be hidden somewhere in the mid tier of forwards.

I'm not chasing the BE's, nor am I chasing the $$, I'mchasig the dreamteam points & thus giving Westhoff 1 more chance.

Good chance Hoff will score high like he had been earlier in the season.
Surely that was said on fairly tenuous ground?

Need some advice was thining either wines>crouch
dwyer>daisy or dwyer>crouch neade>gray ne help would be great
The former.

The former ?? I was just thinking i do the daisy trade then next week neade to lonergan the macaffer to gray

If you're planning on bringing in both Daisy and Gray then I don't think it matters much which order. Gray does have a lower break even though, so will possible cost significantly more next round. But... Daisy is the safer pick so prob best to get him in sooner. So the former (Daisy/Crouch) for me as well.

What are peoples thoughts on Tom Lynch?? Has scored 90, 82 and 82. The last 82 was against quality opposition in the Hakws so I don't think he will have a problem ceiling-wise.

Playing GWS this week. I realise he has risen 40k already but would be making a fair chunk of cash trading Westhoff to him and I'm not so sure I'm convinced with Daisy yet. That was his first decent game since returning

That wasn't my point.
Yes but he will have to be traded out at some stage because he is not a forward keeper (I.e not in the top 8 or so forwards) therefore his price when you trad ehim out is extremely relevant. He may score 100 this week but by straight swapping him to Bartell who will average 10-20 points above him by the looks of it for the next 16 rounds or whatever i make up 160-320 points overall at the end of the season, a stat which is nullified less say if you straight swap him next week to someone at 400k who will average 5-10 less than Jimmy therefore 80-160 better off, regardless. Or you can bring in jimmy next week for Westoff but that will require 60-70k which could be spent elsewhere, and because money is theoretically points, you'r elosing in the long run again.

1. Jimmy will score higher than Westoff this Round in all likelyhood
2. Jimmy will average higher than Westoff substabtially over the whole season

You win in both scenarios

Momentary gain is overshadowed by final sucess.
