Some guy on Bigfooty who said that he heard something from someone :p But Hartlett copped a big knock in the ribs in the first quarter against the Roos and hasn't looked right since, so the story checks out.

I wouldn't bother trading him. If you could jump in your time machine and avoid ever picking him in the first place to avoid his injury affected scores then that'd be a great idea, but getting rid of him now is just chasing points you've already lost. He absolutely tore Carlton to shreds last year too, FWIW.

Yeah fair enough. Just really sick of premiums letting me down at the moment. And Port players. :p

Sinclair --> Daw
Stevenson --> Sierokowski.

Would like to get Neade out too, but i just want Daws huge price jump next week, it should offset whatever loss Neade has in price. Also need the double downgrade to pick up Swan, who might have one more big price drop, but i think a huge score from him is just around the corner.

I've got Ivan Maric. You can have him for $400k. Hell I'll even give you a discount.:p

I'm weighing up whether to offload two bench rookies (two of Stevenson, Neade, Terlich, Evans, Macaffer) for cash or upgrade someone like Maric (Cox -> ruck, new forward premium in place of Neade etc.) who has been decidedly average.

I'm kinda temtped to jump on the Ellis bandwagon, i'll porbably jinx him though.

I might try and drop Frost to pick him up, but it will mean i have limited money, and i might lose 10-20k on some of my rookies, Neade/Wines, Stevenson, Heath, but it would shore up my backline and make sure i can continue making money.

Thinking
Wines> Lonergan
Frost > Ellis
Porbably limited cahs left over.

Or

Wines > Lonergan
Heath > Ellis
(Close to 200k for next week

Or

Neade > Lonergan
Wines > Premium

***Edit while Frost is injured i may as well leave him on the bench for this week drop one of my poort rookies before they lose any cash and go Frosty > Colq/Thurlow next week.
I can only just one emergency anyway/

It would kinda make the whole two trades every week to keep flow to the site kind of a waste

But i kinda wish you had 40 odd trades but could use up to three or four a week if you'd like to, maybe restrict it when you get to few trades so you can only use one trade per week if you've burnt youre trades and you only have like 9 left with 9 weeks to go.

Sometimes i just really wanna make 3 trades and others i definitely dont need em

Yeah I'd love it to be like, you can use 10 trades anyway you like over 5 weeks. But this does make every trade so much more excruciating...

On topic. I'm not buying into Hartlett with his rib injury. He's GAWN.
Double downgrade for me looks like.

Hartlett > Ellis. I just couldn't afford Ellis by about 5k last week :(
Neade > Hodge, if I can't afford him then Kerridge.

Bye Bye Port rookies. You guys have served me well, but your time is up!

Wines -> Watson
Neades -> Kerridge? any other cheapish reliable rookies out there?

Byrnes to Franklin a definite.

Wines to Prriddis probably the other. I reckon he will be a decent M8. Can then bring Watson in next week.

Trading out Danger proved to be a shocker. Trading in Ellis proved a much better move. You win some you lose some.

Bryce Gibbs -> Michael Hibberd.

I'd like to get rid of Wines, might trade him out for Moloney.. Might even trade out Scott Selwood and get Dangerfield. Lots of money to be made.

Just need Stanton to return so I can throw Viney or Whitfield on the bench.

Also want to do Byrnes to Franklin. Do you have concerns over Buddy getting 3 scores in the 50s in a row. Even with his draw I would like to have seen a 80 from him last week to make me feel comfortable. But now I have missed to NRoo, Cloke (despite inconsistency) boats the forwards are so thin.

If Lynch can kick 10 against GWS, how many do you reckon Buddy will kick? Must have forward for mine.

Lots of players kicked goals against North Melbourne and Adelaide this season. Doesn't mean Buddy could. This is including some 4 goal hauls of which one was from our favourite Westhoff.

I get your view and I was always thinking Buddy in these 3 games. Might have to be him as I don't like many of the others in the forward line.

Hahaha what?

The third highest scoring player this season who has averaged 125.6 in his last 5 games and is going at 9 tackles a game?

Stevenson > Birch. Lock it in Eddie, and throw the bloody key in the deepest darkest fuarkkkinggg ocean this world holds.

Then either:

Wines > Priddis or Terlich > Vlastuin.
