Suns have decided they care today. Tough game tbh, not sure how much you can read into it from our POV in the first half anyway. Most players doing well, defence looks shaky against their talls and Rosas. JVR not quite clunking them but jumping well, both rucks doing well up forward. Petracca having a quiet game, Oliver and Viney doing well.

No point melting as it’s a good contest but we’re getting a little bit of a smacking around the ball. Fritsch has been unsighted and it could be confirmation bias but May seems to be losing his feet in contests this year.

Probably time we had a chat about Steven May. There’s a lot of ball coming in but he’s just not dominating aerially and winning 50/50s below his knees like he used to. If his form doesn’t improve, it might be an age thing.

Trac just doesn't have the forward craft to be a 50/50 mid-forward. He's a mid that can rest forward – play to his strengths.

I still think he’s playing with some sort of back ailment. He’s moving like he’s a bit restricted in his flexibility. Having a calf/hamstring mystery leg injury like he did in round 1 and 2 is also typical for a back related problem rather than a specific muscle problem.
