Time for the afl tontake responsibility for there massive umpiring mistakes. Give the players a chance to challenge the decision, they are wearing a ****ing ear piece let someone tell them the decision is wrong. Far to many games being ruined by shut house umpiring this year.

This just stinks, how could the umpire pick up the Wells throw but not the Black throw, unbelievable.

But forget about umpires, why wasn't Hanson subbed off in second quarter, he is useless, the whole club have to make a decision here, because half the blokes do not want to play for this club. We couldn't even hold the ball for forty minutes of football.

Scott Thompson and McMahon you are both idiots, now F%$* off.

Thompson? He may have made a few mistakes tonight but he did FAR more good then bad.

Wells' 'throw' was a tap anyway, disgusted.

3rd game where an umpires decision has put the opposition in front at the end of a game

still shattered though no excuses

Petrie, Harvey, Rawlings, Pratt, Firitto, Wells, Swallow.

Take a good hard look at yourselves tonight. A real hard look.

Half of those you listed tried their arses off all night. Especially Petrie.

So why do you let someone like Hansen off? Because he's young? Players in his draft are winning Coleman medals FFS.

It's hard to get up the enthusiasm to go see this mob play the Swans next week, I'm staggered how incompetent they are.

This is just wrong. You follow a football club, you want to have a life full of win, go download japanese pr0n. You 'll feel great about yourself.

Scott Mcmahon did absolutely nothing wrong. Bit of a smart arse to pick the ball up, but he got the ball, and the rednut grabbed it straight away. Not sure how you can ping a bloke for that.

Thompson (really don't want to pot him cause he was brilliant for us today) had a bit of a brain fade, but i'd like to see the replay to ensure the ump didn't call play on.

Ill discipline is killing our season. The amount of 50s we give away about 60odd metres out is amazing. When you're an average footy team, you can't afford to do this shit.

Clueless, really clueless.

Good contribution.

So what did you see from Lindsay tonight?

Marks: 4
Kicks: 8
Handballs: 2
Tackles: NONE

Kicked two goals tonight which I'll credit him, but missed one also. Also shanked a lot of kicks. Disposal efficiency: Below 50%

Do some research before making a nothing comment.

I have a feeling Zohansen was saving his run for the fourth.

If Mcmahon had dropped the ball they would of paid the 50 as well, what the **** was he supposed to do.

How many goals did Drew miss tonight? How many shit decisions did those players make that cost us tonight. We needed leadership and we got none from those players.

Im not sure it had anything to do with a few glaring deficiencies that have been mentioned here and still seem to be an issue regardless of what some posters seem to think/assume/whatever.

I'm not sure I follow?

Dont think I have felt this bad after a loss for a long time. Umps, I know, but shit we played some of the dumbest football ever after quarter time.

Can't believe how frequently they do such predictably dumb things. Surely Rawlings has watched enough of his game tapes to know that most of his blind kicks out of defence go straight to the opposition. I cringe every time he has the ball now.
At least Delaney looked good, hopefully he can take a more permanent spot in the backline now.

Fact is that if Hansen produced even half of what Petrie did, we'd have won.

So again ... why does he get a let off? No excuse, he was absolute wank tonight.

I have no idea. That decision shat me more than the Black one. I mean, the kind of decision just screams a lack of common sense from the umpire, and really gave Brisbane a lift.
On the other hand, Redden can run after Swallow has taken a mark, stretch out his hand and slap the ball away and get nothing. Genuinely laughable.

I hate criticising umpires, and understand that umps can make mistakes i.e. the Black one that are just part and parcel of a frenetic game. But stuff like the McMahon decision is just pathetic for a sport at this level.
