I had the reverse happen to me at Cattelina on Friday, 16 of us on the trip and I won with 32 points Unbelievable.
You've got done with the equivalent of 42.
How's this for a hard luck golf story one of the blokes from his club champs.
A guy led by 4 on the last hole of 4 rounf, had a 7 putt to lose by a shot! C grade golf I guess

Now that’s a choke!
In 2019 I was in the last 4 for B grade in the afternoon day 4. I was third 3 shots behind leader and on 12 one of the 2 co leaders buggy took off, it was seriously almost 100kmh winds and rain, everyone bar the final groups walked off.
Heroically I saw this and as he was about to putt I took off and just saved it from going into the drink, grateful but rattled he 5 putted.
Still it was down to those top 2 on the last and they were level.
The other guy had a putt from off the green. It was covered in shit from the crazy weather and near the hole hit a little debris and turned square into the hole for the win!

Fell off a cliff this weekend and looks like my Gumbies did the same.

Least guero is still firmly in my pocket.
