I was right.Clearly not, as why would he be fielding offers from the Bombers if he's referring to the Hawks as the exclusive from 'every other club'?

She had her eyes on the balls.
I was right.
Huh? Yeah.Might be a good fit for the Bombers. Do you like an occasional drink?
Wash your mouth out. Very upset at your continued disobedience!VB,MB
Which is the same excuse I used when entering the female change rooms. I also found out you can only use that excuse once *sigh*You obviously can't read or comprehend.
It's pretty much the same thing to that lot.Female variant?! I'm not an alien lol
Tones, I don't feel this picture is quite large enough to capture the tradition you've created. It's disappointing, I need life-size Brad Hardie thighs.
I see you've met miggsyI need another week of the Bombers like I need a bullet to the head.
Oh good. Disappointed I missed out on the fictional police officers though.Happy Thursday (aka manangatang's fourth favourite day of the week)! I know that I'm not officially part of this thread, but I was invited here to do a job* and by golly, I'm gonna do it. Is everyone ready? It's past 10am, but that doesn't matter, as any time of the day is the perfect time for ...
TOP TEN THURSDAY!
This most-loved tradition is a simple one. Each Thursday in the match thread, a theme is posted on at 10am(ish) and than anyone that wants to join in lists their top ten according to the theme. Previous themes have included Top Ten Fictional Police Officers, Top Ten Cars and Top Ten , but this week the theme is ... TOP TEN COVERS.
It could be someone making a terrible song great (e.g. Johnny Cash's take on "Hurt" by Nine Inch Nails) or maybe just giving a bonafide classic some new life like The White Stripes doing "Jolene" by Dolly Parton. It could be a Triple J Like A Version (I've heard there's a really good one of Jay Z's 99 Problems by some local indie band floating around out there somewhere ) or maybe a banging remix like Fatboy Slim's mix of Cornershop's "Brimful Of Asha" that takes it to another level. You might even go for a song that you didn't initially realise was actually a cover - The Clash's "I Fought The Law" is always my go-to for that. It doesn't matter - it's YOUR top ten!
There aren't any rules for Top Ten Thursday except that your list needs to have ten entries (no more, no less). Feel free to order them from 1-10 if you like (or don't), and while explanations aren't necessary, they're definitely encouraged. Of course, ripping apart other nominations is allowed too**.
* Distract the Bombers from the fact that they're playing the Hawks.
** Mostly from me.
The Bombers will always be that George Bush joke to me.
They're not ready for this drive!

There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again. Thanks for sharing mate. You will always be that bloke none of us have ever heard of.
