A Pakistani, Indian and some bookies walked into a bar...

Something something it's racist to state we cheated you racist.

Indian cricket is hilarious in its double standards.
Officially, ICC stands for International Cricket Council. But realistically, it stands for India Controls Cricket.

I don't mind them that much but I ******* hate Kohli with a passion
Back when they were really crap, I remember this comment about their batsmen:

"Indian batsmen are like faithful husbands - they only perform at home." :)

Now they've beaten us can they be likened to cheating husbands?

Barrybran: I'm taking money out of the end-of-season kitty and buying noise cancelling headphones. You can send philreich an invoice.
Go for it mate. I've already skimmed each of the Swampies' phones for $50 each.

I used to hate Kohli, but I'm starting to get him.
He is just a no holds barred competitive bugger.
Not too different to Alan Border in a lot of ways.

I like competitiveness as well but I just can't bring myself to like how cocksure Kohli is. I only started getting into Cricket nearing the end of Border's International career so I can't really compare the two.

Quiz night again tonight. Do I keep the name Menace to Sobriety that got me 3rd last time or mix it up?

Keep the same name. It's how quiz reputations are made

I don't hate Kohli either. I like it when sports people have a bit of bite/personality about them.

I just don't like their sense of self entitlement.

* They only agreed to DRS when it suited them
* They threatened to take their bat and ball and go home, unless the case against Harbhajan was dropped
* They didn't want Chris Broad as match referee, and refused to play unless he was replaced

And so it goes on and on, and the ICC doesn't have the guts to stand up to them.

Great name, go with it.
Was there a team called Trivia Newton John. There always seems to be.

Same here! Can’t stand the bloke.

Passion and a bit of smack talk and banter makes for great and entertaining characters but I just don't see Kohli as entertaining. I love characters in AFL/NBA and any sport I watch.

Didn't they also kick up a fuss about playing a day/night game (test match day/nighter?) at Adelaide oval with the pink ball? That annoyed me. Now that you mention it, they are a bit douche-y

Yeah that happened on their previous tour to Australia. They insisted on a red ball Test in Adelaide, which they only ended up winning by around 30 runs - if it had been a pink ball Test, I have no doubt we would have won. India won the series 2-1, so it had a huge bearing on the series.

Looks like a winning team to me.

I wonder if TheDarkDwarf has sobered up yet. If so, we need to do something about that.

That annoyed the hell out of me when that happened. Entitled, spoiled flogs.

That's alright. They were stolen from the Dragons last week anyway.

Who probably stole them from the Furies.

Who found them in a dumpster when they played against the Roys.

Real Gorilla leather would have offended the Roys and would explain why they threw them out. Wouldn't explain why they left their credit cards and drivers license in them though.
