Saad was probably only "not drafted" because he'd only been playing footy for a couple of years though. This is apparently only his 4th full season of playing the game. It's not like he's been battling away for years and years and getting ignored.
He's just awesome to watch. Seems capable of anything when the ball is near him. Saints have an absolute gem there. I was gutted the Blues didn't take him seeing as he has played for the Bullants for the last couple of years.
I wouldn't be too stressed, I think the Blues has quite a few players with serious pace and skill. Maybe Carlton thought they didn't another crumbing small forward.

Yeah, I nearly wrote exactly that. Still, can't have too many guns. If he has a decent tank I'd say he'd be able to go through the midfield too.

Ross Lyon leaves the Saints and lo and behold, they unearth some quality young players!
He was a good tactical coach but a SHOCKING list manager. Ross leaving was the best thing that could've happened to St Kilda for their medium-long term future.
Not really. Saad has been good for a long time, I was hoping we'd pick him up. He's a goalsneak which is what we need and I can't work out why it has taken so long to pick him up.

In Milne terms, but he fixed up other parts of his game last year which is why he's been picked up late, but I've had my eye on him for some time.
