It was hardly the first superteam...'86 Celtics, Jordan's Bulls, '00 Lakers, hell the '03'05 Spurs were just as Super as the '08 Celtics.

Those teams were absolutely "Super" but apart from the Lakers recruiting Shaq, all of the key pieces were drafted by the team.

The Celtics brought in perennial allstars KG and Ray Allen to partner with Paul Piece. Nobody had stacked their roster with established stars like that before.

Same would apply to the Bulls for the second threepeat, though granted I can’t recall if the first threepeat without Rodman was with what one would call a superteam. That said I fully subscribe to the idea that Ken and Doc Rivers are the equivalent of each other. Doc’s championship was so long ago and the fact he’s conned multiple contending teams to sign him, as opposed to Ken only conning one club, is enough to even both sides out.

"Don't train with too much intensity guys"

This gets said every preseason. From my observations Zak is our best trainer by a lot. He sets the standard & most of his team-mates admire his tenacity but do not follow his example. If they did we would win a flag despite Hinkles.

What a ****ing puss. He is more worried about players getting injured than being relentless at the contest. No wonder we have a captain who goes with the half hearted one arm tackle.
