Ok let me have another guess chewy is the transition from Ken to carr going to be a gradual slow transition.
In other words ken coaches this year but stays on as man in charge and doesn't hand over officially to carr until just before round 1 2026 so he is still the head guy through draft,trade, talking and choosing potential new assistants and in charge of the whole preseason. So he basically is just employed as part of staff by the club during this time as his contract would be up and potentially could stay on at the club in another role?
Tell me if I'm warm or cold with this guess as it sounds like something the club would do and none of us sane people would

I honestly can’t see how an announcement of a succession plan is going to upset every single supporter unless it’s not happening until the end of next year or year after.
