Not being parachuted into development role at an AFL club for one year then into a line coaching role with zero qualifications except for a two day junket with an uneducated moron in NZ.

Bloody Cam Sutcliffe. What a joke. Read about Tom Rockliff taking a developmental role within the Queensland school/ college system. THAT'S where you start your coaching career. Not being parachuted into development role at an AFL club for one year then into a line coaching role with zero qualifications except for a two day junket with an uneducated moron in NZ.

Sutcliffe started as an assistant in AFLW.

But yeah I'm also pretty sure Sutcliffe did one of the former players Guernsey presentations to a debutant last year for the men's which is reserved for greats.
