Is that from the front cover of big issue?

"Ken, since you were recently featured in The Big Issue, what do you think the club and the AFL in general can do to help homeless people and those down on their luck?"

"I haven't read it, boys. Can't help yas"

Journo: "Hundreds of thousands of people died in Hiroshima and Nagasaki.."

Donuts: "I've not seen the film, guys" [shrugs]

What an utter ignoramus.
It's almost as if he believes that the movie is a complete work of fiction.

The IQ differential is enormous.

“I haven’t seen the movie boys!”

Hahaha what a pisser! You couldn’t write this stuff.

Seriously though, how did nobody think “hmm maybe this is in bad taste?” You could pick almost any other example of people in history coming together to achieve something and it would be better than the time when that something was the murder of 200 thousand people and the potential destruction of mankind.

He really is the least inquisitive guy on Earth.

That we have him doing that and Koch showing he is a m man of the people by hanging with Branson is incredibly cringe-inducing.

What is said to the media would be entirely different to what is said to players behind closed doors.
Smart coaches speak to the players when they talk to the media too.

They know the players see the quotes and headlines and get asked about them.

Yeah lads we're channelling Romper Stomper this week.. it's about a bunch of misfits coming together and working as a team so I think it fits with our ethos..

I'm trying to tell you that Oppenheimer is about people with a common goal working hard for the win and yes, it is a bit insensitive and in bad taste so we decided to drop that and look for another film that had the same ethos of working hard towards a common goal and so we we went with the Human Centipede.

I tried to avoid the presser as I knew it would dent a fair whack of optimism I had because of the loser speak but I cut and ran earlier and it was just all bad.

I just hope we are starting the Finals Carr and Ken can head off to Barbieworld.
