My uncle brews them at his place all the time so I gave it a go, it's pretty decent stuff and around 5%. Entire garage over there full of beers. Sells them for $2 a pop to the neighbours haha.

My cousin used to bring bottles around to my place and store them when he was "craft" brewing. Absolute horse piss and made my shed smell like yeast. It was strong though.

You've got to be careful to not spoil it. Uncle has it down to a fine art so it's pretty decent stuff. Doesn't take much to ruin an entire batch though. Must've stunk something shocking.

They had a 500ml 6 pack of Carlton Dry's for $26.50 at BWS, compare that to the $20.50 regular 6 pack and it's clearly a deal I couldn't walk past.
I also got a 4 pack of Johnny Walker Rare's. They're too expensive but I can't help myself.

Just remembered another one I had last year. Special Sauce - Garage Project. Cost $18 big ones but it was a beauty. Perth can beer.
