...why?

How do you know?

You don't even bother to make up a source. Is this just you wishing for Sammy to come to Port?

I don't beleive you.

I might be on my lonesome here (as I've only seen him in a handful of games - including a couple at SANFL level) but what I have seen hasn't impressed me. So I hope it isn't true.

Are you always this ignorant? The boy has more talent in his left pinky than Port Adelaide have on their list.

He wants to move back to SA and play for Port as soon as he's traded/contract finishes.
Nope, he wants to come to Carlton, as does Travis Boak. Three way deal with Boak & Day coming to the Blues and Port & GC getting 1/2 of Dennis Armfield each.

I lol'd. Funny stuff.

I find this funny,

Just like the Harley Bennell back to WA threads in the past....

How can a number 2 and 3 draft pick have such a go home factor, surely they were asked in an interview, "are you happy with the prospect of joining the GC Suns?"

HB: Yep sure love it
SD: Oh yeah cant wait

year later wanting out i doubt this

Someone muscled in on their weet bix? A penny dropped? Girlfriends are unhappy?

Who the **** could say when it comes to young guys like these?

I agree it's damn unlikely for these lads to leave Gold Coast, but it's not impossible.

Doubt it.

Scully is the only one that I can think of thats been a top 5 draft pick and moved on within 2 years.

Of course its not impossible, but highly highly unlikely Sam Day would go elsewhere for the moment. It is more likely in 3,4,5 years time perhaps. But doubt it in his 2nd year.

If it was seriously the case, would you really want a mentally weak kid who cant live away from mummy an daddy? It hasn't even been 12 months yet.
