If anyone wants to have a listen about what the data is saying in regards to whether we have actually gotten worse this year have a listen to this from the 9:15 mark.

I know a few people have already touched on it, but the data is also showing that our results this year have been slightly better despite actually putting out a younger team and dealing with some injuries.

And here.

Oh boy, just looked more closely at our fixture, the next 4 weeks are going to tell exactly where we stand.

Even stretch that to 5, as even though the bummers are putrid, they always seem to play their GF against us...

Its a tough month , but its exactly what we want the young guys exposed too.
Would rather that then cherry picking a few cheap wins.

After that the fixture opens up , plenty of very winnable games .

Got caught out in one quarter. Best centre bounce scoring team. Still conceded just a touch over 70 points which is our average over 9 rounds now which can be built on

What’s our points conceded per inside d50? It must be off the scale

Is it too risky to use the half backs with a bit of toe running off the back of the square at centre bounces? We would need Ned to use his attributes to start whacking the ball to space though

This weeks coaching craft was really insightful imo.
I feel like our gameplan when it has been its most successful has been a combination of defensive positioning and bursting through the oppos mistakes which is great to see.

Sam clearly has a great understanding of the strengths of our side at the moment- the fact that we've taken such a defensive approach to things for the last five odd years can't be just gutted and thrown out, but it's clear that our attacking brand is being built off of the back of our defensive nous around the ground.

I really enjoyed this segment also. I haven't seen the last two, it's not in the members only section that I can see and I can't find any emails about it. Where can I access it?

They have to start inside the back 50 though so need put the jets on early!

Third absolute hiding the Saints have handed us since 2017. We're going to have games like this. Our backline, while shaping very nicely is very raw both in times of size and games. Losing the midfield battle week in, week out will lead to games where we just don't cope. Our skills were particularly poor though, I'd imagine St Kilda's scores from turnovers would have been very high.

Trust Sam's process.

110 pts from turnovers is what Harvey said post match

Anyone know what's happening with Fionn O'Hara. Hasn't played at Box Hill and doesn't seem to be injured. Is he playing at one of Box Hills feeder clubs to get experience?
