What a performance.

That was reminiscent of 2015 Hawks, when in R15 we beat the then top side, Freo, by 71 points and then backed it up the following week by smashing the third placed side, Sydney, by 89. Pure statement performance.

Was a great result but after rewatching it man that first quarter was a disaster eagles could of easily put the game out of reach early. But after that it was nearly all 9ers.

1 seed now ours to lose. You’d expect a win next week then a massive game on Xmas against maybe the best AFC team which will be an acid test.

It’s a big if, but if the key guys - particularly on offense - can stay healthy for two months then it’s there to be won. There are a bunch of decent teams around but I wouldn’t be scared of any of them.

It all came up Niners this morning.

What a great day. Had the feeling that the Lions would drop today, they've been wobbly for a few weeks now the losses are flowing.

Cowboys did us a favor but after Seattle lit them up last week I think they'll struggle going to Buffalo and Miami. Eagles look terrible at the moment, but they've got a very soft close to the season Seahawks Cards and Giants x2. If they lose one of those we should be good enough to get the 1 seed.

4 weeks is an eternity in the NFL still way to early to bank wins or nail the wins / losses forecasts.

We've got a few injury clouds after today. Hargreaves left the game with a hammy, ward super early with a groin - that changes up a lot at the back - we may struggle in a big tight playoff game without him.

Bit of a scrappy win, but good to see both sides of the ball support reach other especially when things aren't lights out great.

We either lead or trailed by 3-5 points up until almost the 4th quarter. So a tight game is good to see us win different ways.

Purdy threw some great deep balls today. Caught Adams flat footed and burned him over the top with Deebo. CMC opening the dash with a 72 yard run was classic.

It was our closest victory this season, 12 points... Crazy

With the Packers losing the 49ers have sealed or playoff spot. Will seal the division this week with a win over the Cards or Rams loss to the commanders

I can understand the reticence to anoint him MVP though. The offensive coaching and skill players are clearly the best in the comp, and I’m not sure it’s close. Is he the fastest driver, or just the only one in a F1 car?

Beat the Ravens and put up good numbers, and clinch the 1 seed in the NFC, and he probably wins it.

Couldn’t really care less, though. A ring is the only thing that matters.

  • Must have a cannon for an arm, and only throw 50 yard bombs
  • Must lead goes team on a game winning drive each week, while also dominating the opposition
Only passes and tds when team is trailing count too
