Brady made me a very rich man by abstaining.
On the other hand he funded the purchase of about 500 AFC QB jerseys over the years (all doing the rounds of some Somalian village these days). Unfortunately, there was a trade embargo on Eli Manning ones.

In regards the NFL jersey swap policy it will probably cost me more to return it than burn it. 19 was a ****ed NFL jersey number anyway.

I know there is a train of thought out there that Samuel for the Jets Pick 10 would be "fair" but it makes no sense at all.
If it was as simple as the 49ers using Pick 10 on a rookie WR to replace Deebo's All-Pro production then why don't the Jets just pick that player themselves? And get the benefit of a 5 year rookie contract to boot.
49ers own the rights to Deebo and don't want to trade him unless the offer is too good to refuse. I'd take 10, 38 and a 2023 2nd minimum.
Jets' fans and neutrals have short term amnesia it seems in that they have forgotten what it cost Seattle to take one of their own star players off their books.

Pretty silly way to look at things, everyone has been laughing at Seattle for the price they paid for Adams since last year.
Draft picks are like lotto scratchies, exciting when you've got them - but totally random if they pay off.
I'd prefer to keep Deebo than move him for 10.
Plenty of top 10 busts out there... An unscientific guess would be 50%, and only very few would churn out an elite season.

Not really....the Jets have no exclusive rights to heavily favored trading.
49ers don't have to do anything. If they want to pry Samuels loose when he's not for sale then you gotta pay the price.
10 alone doesn't cut it for reason already stated.
Edit...why would the league be laughing at the trade? According to some he is amongst the best pass rushers in the league.

You're right they don't have to do anything, that doesn't mean this drama is going away anytime soon. If you don't trade him now you more than likely don't get anything better moving forward. So I guess you just have to hope things get resolved.

Agreed. Deebo should shut up and play. Hope he sits and costs himself 20m and still is on his rookie contract in 2023.
