What is everyone's opinion on Sam Mitchell? Has a history of knocking off big scores and is under 500K. I have added him in my latest team and I have managed to squeeze in both Swan and Bontempelli in my FWD line. Everything else remains the same. Let me know what you guys think . Cheers

Ease up falla! lol .. I have taken Simmo based on two factors: 1.) He will play 22 games, 2.) Can potentially score 90+ every week. Who would you take instead?

This is why I've got Gaz at the moment. Too much reliance on him scoring low to get him in later which just doesn't happen. Granted the shoulder injury is unprecedented but even then I can't see his scoring reaching a low where he will be cheap after the byes.

Looks pretty good. I'd worry about getting 2 of your rookie defenders to play each week. Obviously support Essendon, but do you think Langford really plays the first 7-8 weeks?

I'll be waiting for round one teams just to finalize my rookies. Langford looked good in the NAB Challenge and just might come in and play a good amount of the season just as Ambrose did last year.

Work on that backline asap. On a bad day your backs could score <300.

Yep reckon a few rookies could come out of nowhere before rd 1. Don't think Ambrose or Gleeson played a nab game last year yet both came out and debuted rd 1 and proved worthy rookie selections

Your main concern should be picking rookies that will play.
C Giles has a LTI & C Byrne is rookie listed.

Fix your rookies. Downgrade Leuenberger to a rookie. Downgrade Rockliff to Griffen. Upgrade a rookie defender to a $400-500k.

Every year I don't pick him, thinking "He'll only average 120 in the first 5 weeks. Then I'll pick him up.". He always averages 135. I think I'm making the same mistake again by not picking him.

Thanks, and yeah, will do, just hadn't edited it properly yet. This is assuming he gets the call-up off the rookie list, so might be null and void anyway.
