Great player but nothing too show for it unfortunately see no badges / medals for the past 2 seasons

No one has excelled across 3 positions in 3 seasons as easily as he has. Started off as a crafty half forward, then developed into a galloping winger, then an industrious inside midfielder and has now bulked into one of the game's best ruckmen.

You need to get a better ruck coach to make him not a great ruckman but elite for S29
Try learning from what the Pies aren't doing, Grundy's ruck coach is their Bench Coach Anthony Rocca

You have a great team and it's a shame aren't in the top 2-4 backing from your work from last season
