My wife is one of the nurses who looks after Grand Uncle Horace at Brighwater nursing home. She tells me he's basically ****ed but sometimes he is funny. Last night he was doing one of his not uncommon rambles to the residents and staff, he asked them all to line up at the kitchen counter and place their burger orders whilst he pretended to make them. He then told my wife that was one of his best jobs he had when he was 36 and was promoted to McDonald's night shift kitchen leading hand.
