Three games into the season and these two teams are polar opposites in every way imaginable. The Warriors, having defeated the Bombers, Bears and Wonders, are sitting on top of the table at 3-0, whilst the lowly Furies have been smashed by Bears, Hawks and Swamprats to open the season. Tigerturbulance's team will be looking to open their account with a win here, whilst TheInjuryFactory's Wazzas are wanting to continue their roll to start Season 31.

Players to Watch

Coney Island Warriors

Tonga Bob – Everyone’s favourite Islander has had a great start to Season 31, averaging 22 disposals a game to go along with 6.3 marks and 94 exie points already. The wingman continues to impress week in and week out contributing over 100 posts per match thread to lead the Warriors in that category too.

The Half Back – The big off-season recruit has been a very solid contributor on the inside for the Warriors this season, averaging 19 disposals, 6.3 tackles (good enough for fourth in the league), 3.7 free kicks and 74.3DT points per game. Halfie is playing some great qootball, leading a very impressive Warriors midfield that also consist of Bob, Tiffy and the returning kdavva74.

harry000 – Having made the move to the forward line this off-season, harry donuts is right near the top of the goal kicking list early days, having booted 12 goals in the first three games. Coming off a 6 goal 5 performance against the Wonders, the star Full Forward will be looking to take advantage of the lowly Furies defence this week.

Fighting Furies

JackBero – The Furies midfield this season has been very well rounded, with Bero, Ned_Flanders, Bastyy, Rioli8217 and Mister M all pulling their weight in the first three games of the season. Bero leads the Furies in disposals per game, collecting 23.3 per to go along with 5.3 marks. A huge match up this week against Dinsdale.

Tigerturbulance – The rucking guru has started Season 31 in white hot form, leading the league in taps with 16 per game to go along with his 19 touches 3 tackles and 76 DT points per game. The self proclaimed “King of Rucking” has dominated opponents each week, but his midfielders have failed to capitalise on such dominance which sees the Furies at 0-3. Turbo is likely to have another big game this week, but can the rest of the Furies lift to his level to get the win?

TJASTA – Playing at Centre Half Forward, TJASTA has started the season very well, averaging midfield type numbers including 16.3 disposals to go with his 3.7 marks, 2 goals and 69 (hehe) DT points per game. On the posting front, TJ has had a bit of a slow start to the season, averaging just 70.6 posts per match thread, which is in part to his bizarre obsession with thumbs downing every post in every other match thread for the round.

Rioli8217 is an incredibly rare example of a Bears rookie who left and got worse
