I got this. Cap 's would be the same as mine. Is it because I chose the filet mignon? Of the four options given thats what I'd have my potatoes with.

Smashed potatoes
You're hella fancy and don't let anyone forget it. Remember though, at the end of the day... you're still a potato just like the rest of us.

You finally find the rest of us and decide to start off with a fanciful premonition. Be realistic.
2 kicks. 1 effective. 3 pre-game spews. 4 HT sausage rolls. 5 day post game bender on winners piss.

Well it was the only meat one

In all seriousness though, if you have steak it's always scotch fillet?

Cooked at home you only need olive oil, salt and pepper.

Delicious
Scotch or porterhouse I like, but you've got to pay for the better quality. The cheap stuff is horrible.

Plus the names do my head in.

AUS Scotch fillet = USA rib eye
AUS Porterhouse = USA new york strip
AUS T bone = USA Porterhouse (figure that one out)

Fillet mignon is also called eye fillet or fillet steak.

I think I got those right. UK has a few different as well.

I think they call it shit steak.

We have oyster blade in WA. Is that the one with the horrible, inedible strip through the middle?

EDIT: Yeah, it is oyster blade, at least in WA. It has a piece of gristle through the middle. Can't remember ever having it, maybe when I was a kid.
