At least they're only about 4.5% abv. I've come across some lemon ciders that taste similar, but are pushing 10%. One second you're happily enjoying the scenery and being a respectable member of society...the next second you're lying in a ditch.

Good win, Dragons!! Nice to get a win first up. A couple of good quarters there in the first and third terms while the second and forth terms probably weren't our best, we did enough to come away with a win in the opening round, in front of the home crowd too.

A big first up effort and debut by big_icky who was best on ground on debut, Strigoi continues to do her thing in the ruck with a stellar first round effort while prpl_jss also had a very solid game as did PhenomenalV1 who kept the scoreboard ticking with five goals, ably supported by Greenery with three goals in a lively first up effort for the club. Shoutouts also to @Kinz_Tenz with a goal on debut and to Drizzy who was solid on debut too. Good to see fumbler kicking a goal and having a good game in his farewell match for the club, at least for the time being anyway.

Nice to win in the opening round and get the season off to a good start. Round Two see us come up against the Bears who are always good fun and generally a touch match-up so we'll need to be on our game for that one.

Also, according to Headless our very own T2B_ was the second best full back in the league this week. Great game skipper to keep nahnah to two goals.
