The Phoenix need to win this week, after a demoralising loss to the Warriors and sitting 6th on the ladder with 2 games played they would want to hold on to top 8 and give their percentage a big boost. Off field they have started well with new recruits and a first round win there's no reason not to think the Phoenix will have a good season

The Swamprats have had a slow start to the season with 2 losses, however with the club is in a rebuild stage with a new captain and the first 2 weeks were focusing on legendary FF okeydoke7 's quest for his 1000th goal. They can now look forward to the rest of the season and move hard towards some on field success as a club.
