That's brilliant, phil. medical science never fails to amaze me.

Some of the kids we met in that hospital ward absolutely blew us away with their resilience. One little girl had fallen arm first into a fire, while a 9 year old boy had fallen out of what must have been the only tree in Coober Pedy. He was flown to Adelaide, and wasn't allowed to move for 7 days - any sudden movement might have paralysed him. But we didn't hear a single complaint from those kids - they just seemed intent on getting on with life, and making the best of their situation - a lesson for all of us, I reckon!!!

Very glad to tick off the 1000 milestone after some recent short-lived spluttering. Glad to be done with that countdown, but a new countdown begins. Only 30 odd goals off the all time record.

More importantly, the Rats need a win. Big difference between 0-2 and 1-2. I have full faith in this list of players, and a commanding performance this weekend will set us up for the season to follow.
