Didn’t even though they did that for school excursions.

Remember when I was in Yr 7 in Adelaide catching the train to the city for excursion, was physically sick all the day through and then threw up all over the tables at the food-court from KFC at lunch-time.

Might have been the last time the school ever put on that excursion

Stuck in limbo, just ticking each day off.

It just feels like (as early 20s person) and not knowing where your long-term future holds and trying to find friends and love even though moving is a constant state for me, it just kinda hurts trying to stay a happy face with everyone but feeling so lost and confused about the world around me internally rn.

Was in Stockholm for a junior science prize, we’d been going to dinners all week where they’d just keep topping up the wine (despite the legal age being 21, and us 16).

Anyway, one of the member of the Norwegian team went through a couple of bottles of red on their own (he was closer to 20), and a full Rudolph for dinner.

Me and the teammate helped him stumble back to the hotel, got into the lobby, looked at the stairs and went, nope. No way we were going to try and carry him up.

Propped him up in the elevator, raced up stairs ready to get him out to his room.

The entire thing, all four walls, red wine and reindeer. One small elevator in the whole place. Feel sorry for the cleaning staff, but we used the stairs for the rest of the trip
