1. If I die you will all need to devote 3 seasons to making threads about me - no one wants that
2. big_icky is too self interested to give a **** about the team
3. big_icky isn't ready for leadership responsibilities, he needs 3 seasons of supervision by me to understand whats REALLY going on
4. I am never stepping down as captain
